Kathleen has been with Nichols & Associates since 2008 and has been a key asset to the success of the firm. She has a tremendously high level of knowledge in accounting and business services. Kathleen has also acquired expertise in human resources, insurance administration, and publishing administration. She has developed great rapport and brings tremendous value to our clients.

Other areas of knowledge include considerable expertise in the area of real estate. Kathleen has been a licensed real estate broker and also furthered her career by means of acquiring educational credentials and expanding her licensing to include employing broker. She has held the position of Director of Operations for a large national real estate firm and specialized in commercial real estate as well as residential, property management, and leasing.

Kathleen’s level of business knowledge has proven to be a great asset to the firm and its clients.

Kathleen and her husband Michael have been happily married for many years and live in Claremont, California. Kathleen believes that her most valuable assets are family, friends and the relationships she has been privileged to cultivate over the years.
